The title says it all.
You can get your body fat percentage down from 15% to below 5% in no time with this free, one-minute exercise that will help you get back into shape.
The only catch is that it’s just a 30-second, 20-second warm-up, but it’s the most efficient way to get back in shape, and if you’re not doing it right now, you can’t blame the guy next to you who’s not getting enough exercise either.
The 30-Second Body Fat Chart for Bodybuilders And Powerlifters (1:10) You’ll see a chart like this: “I’ve been working out this morning, but I still feel like I’m only about 5% body fat.”
The first thing you need to know is that you have less body fat than you thought you did.
That’s why it’s so important to get that percentage down as fast as you can.
The Body Fat Percentage Chart (2:50) You can find this chart on Amazon, but the best place to get it is Bodybuilder.com, where you can get a free download of this free PDF.
The chart breaks down the body fat percentages of various bodybuilders and lifters, with each individual at his or her own personal “banger.”
For example, you might be at 10% bodyfat, but you’re at about 5 percent in the squat.
The best way to do this is to take a quick 5-minute warm-ups and then take them to the gym, but that’s not the only way to lose fat.
You can also lose fat by getting out of the gym for a while.
If you’re a powerlifter or bodybuilder, you could even use a low-impact exercise, such as walking or biking, to help you lose bodyfat.
A few days before you start this exercise, take a 30 second warm-down.
Then after you’ve finished your 5-minutes of warm-downs, take the same 30-sec warm-out, but take it a few minutes shorter.
That way, you’ll be able to lose a few more pounds.
In other words, you don’t need to go in with full-on weight loss, you just need to get in the habit of doing this for a few days to see if you can lose a couple pounds or two.
And if you do, you’re good to go.
I’ve seen many people lose 10-15 pounds in just 30-seconds of exercise.
It’s not that easy.
But that’s what you’ll see if this exercise works.
This is just one of the many ways to lose weight and get back on track.
