body wash (or other) can be a fun and easy way to get rid of the toxins that are lingering in your gut and mind.
However, a new study suggests that the ingredients in your wash can also be making you sick, as they could be causing an inflammatory reaction in your brain.
“Our data suggests that there may be an association between the composition of body wash and increased levels of inflammation in the brain,” says study author Dr. James Hulbert.
Hulbert, a neurologist at Boston University Medical Center, explains that the body wash is made of soap and water.
But it contains various additives, including chemicals that are found in detergents, detergent agents and food additives.HULBERT: The additives in body wash may be causing inflammation in your brains.
It may be that these additives are making your body more sensitive to chemicals that cause inflammation.
So, they might be triggering more inflammation in some areas.
So it’s important to look at your body’s microbiome, and see if these chemicals might be causing the inflammation.
Dr. Hulberg adds that it is important to be careful when washing your body as it may be making the ingredients more likely to be absorbed into your bloodstream, which could lead to an inflammatory response in your liver.HUELBERT : So, it’s also important to wash your body frequently.
The longer you wash your hands, the more likely it is that your body will be contaminated.
So washing your hands every two hours is a good idea.
And it’s not just washing your skin, either.
There is also the matter of using soap, which can be highly toxic and may even cause health problems if ingested.HUAHLBERT / U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: So soap can be toxic to your body if ingested, so you need to be very careful when using soap.
But washing your face every two to three hours, as well, is also good advice.
Dr Hulbach says that he and his team are looking into whether the bodywash contains chemicals that could trigger inflammation in other parts of the body.
